Due to the highly technical nature of electric bikes ERIK'S must limit our support to brands sold at ERIK'S and additionally, brands using electric drive systems from these trusted manufacturers Shimano, Bosch, Brose, Fazua and TQ.
TRADITIONAL MECHANICAL (NON-ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) SERVICE AND REPAIR
Erik's will service mechanical parts and repair flat tires on most major brands of electric bicycles.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
- Due to safety guidelines, batteries of any electric bike brand not sold by ERIK'S or equipped with drive systems from trusted manufacturers Shimano, Bosch, Brose, Fazua and TQ must be removed from the bicycle prior to entry into any ERIK'S location.
- Flat repairs for hub drive wheels not sold at ERIK'S will only be considered if the wheel has already been removed from the bicycle. We cannot, under any circumstance, disconnect and remove hub drive motor wheels from electric bicycles not sold through ERIK'S.
- Service of any bicycle, traditional or electric may be limited by parts availability and sufficient manufacturer support
- ERIK'S will not provide estimates or “guestimates” of any type via phone or electronic communication.
- Due to limited space and capacity, ERIK'S ELECTRIC BIKES Location in Scottsdale, Arizona will only service brands sold through ERIK'S.
