Our bikes are assembled & inspected by professionally trained ERIK'S staff. They thoroughly check for proper adjustment, tighten and true wheels, and ensure your new bike is ready to ride. In some instances, an assembly fee will apply.

ERIK'S has every accessory you need to make cycling more enjoyable. At the time of purchasing your new bike at ERIK'S, accessories will be installed free of charge.
Free 90-Day Safety Check
ERIK'S will perform a FREE safety check with adjustments within the first 90-days that you own your new bike.
Lifetime Extended Parts Warranty

If you find that ERIK'S lowered the price on a recent purchase you have made, it MAY be eligible for a price guarantee! Purchases qualify for low price guarantee if they meet these guidelines:
- Cycling related purchases made within the last 30 days
- Winter board/ski related purchases made within the last 10 days
- Item must be in new condition and matching color, size, model year, and manufacturer identification number
- Item must be verified in stock and available (this guarantee does not apply to special orders)
- Low Price Guarantee provided in the form of ERIK'S store credit
To request a Low Price Guarantee:
- In-store purchase: please stop in the store with your receipt or reach out via phone at 952-351-9148.
- Online purchase: please contact us via email, live chat, or phone at the link below.
If you find a lower price on an identical product at ERIK'S, it MAY be eligible for a price match! Products qualify for price matching if they meet these guidelines:
- Item must be in new condition and matching color, size, model year, and manufacturer identification number.
- Item must be verified in stock and available through the advertiser (this guarantee does not apply to special orders).
- Price match only applies to authorized USA retailers and excludes third party marketplaces (ex. eBay, Amazon).
- Calculation of the final price will include shipping costs, assembly, and preparation costs.
- Price match cannot be combined with additional discounts, rebates, coupons, or other ERIK'S promotions.
- Tax is not included in the matched price. Payment of all taxes is the responsibility of the customer.
- Price matches will be in the form of a price adjustment at time of purchase.
