Our Repair Process
When you bring your bike to one of our ERIK’S Kansas City bike repair shops, our certified technicians first start with a repair estimate. Once that's created, they will discuss with you what issues they found and explain the suggested repairs, always with respect to your choices and budget. This process means we can get your bike back to you quickly, and often save you money too!
Best Time to Have Your Bike Serviced
Anytime you experience an issue out riding, it’s recommended to bring your bike in to get it checked for serious issues. However, if you’re not aware of any problems, a seasonal tune-up is a great way to maintain your bike if you ride year-round. But if you ride mostly in the warmer months, winter is a perfect time to give your bike some extra attention. ERIK'S Winter Service Specials (available October through February) can save you up to 50% off service and include: ERIK’S Performance Overhaul Bike Tune; three suspension service specials*, including Front Suspension Oil Change, Front Suspension Overhaul, and Rear Shock Air Service; and ERIK'S Winter Hydraulic Disc Brake Service Special. *Does not include shocks requiring factory service.

ERIK'S Same Day Bike Repair Service is available on select repairs, with the aim to efficiently and affordably fix your bike. This usually means we can get you back on your bike in the same day for less than the cost of a tune-up. Stop by one of our Kansas City shops and tell us your timeline.
