All ERIK'S locations provide free ski service estimates before we get to work! When you bring your skis in, our professionally trained technicians start with a thorough repair estimate. They will discuss the problem and explain what work should be done - always respecting your choices and budget. To get a service estimate bring your skis by any ERIK'S store and our service department will provide a detailed estimate of the repair costs along with estimated turnaround time.
Most service estimates can be completed at the time you arrive to the store with your skis, and we always aim to get every customer their estimate as quickly as possible. However, there are times when the store's workload may not allow for an immediate estimate. In those circumstances we will take your information, ask what issues are being experienced and check your skis in and get back to you as quickly as possible by your preferred contact information.
*We are unable to diagnose or estimate repairs over the phone or via online chat. Please bring your skis into your most convenient ERIK'S location to have your bike evaluated for repair.
