The 2021 Norco Scene VLT Electric Comfort Bike is an ultra-versatile, but decidedly relaxed step-through electric hybrid that allows riders of all sorts to get around easily, replace the need for a car in the city and make even the hilliest rides anywhere else no sweat at all.
The nearly silent Shimano STEPS drive system is integrated into its beautifully functional alloy e-bike frame to provide a low center of gravity, stress-free mounts and dismounts, and easy maneuverability.
